My own journey with a traumatic brain injury has instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and authenticity, which allows me to connect with and guide the people I work with.
I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and am trained in Somatic Experiencing therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, and ACT.
